A. Purchase a Qualifying Product within the promotional period, claim from 30 days after purchase and before 60 days after purchase (your purchase date counts as day 1). Qualifying Product details are found on the Qualifying Products Page.

Claims are completed online by clicking ‘claim now’ on this website.

A. We can only offer the reward for purchases of qualifying products listed as qualifying purchases. Please refer to the Qualifying Products on this website.

A. During the claim form you will be asked to upload your purchase receipt.

If you purchased online your purchase invoice or receipt will be emailed to you. Please take a screen shot of the purchase invoice or receipt and paste it into Microsoft Word (save as PDF) or Microsoft Paint (save as JPEG).

If you have a physical copy of the purchase invoice or receipt you can either:

1. Take a photo of it on your smart phone, tablet or digital camera and transfer it to the computer you are claiming from.


2. Scan it into your computer using a scanner.

A. Unfortunately you have missed the claim window, only valid dates show on the claim form.

A. During the claim form you will need to provide the following details:

  • IBAN
  • BIC/Swift
  • Account Name

A. When you submit a claim you will be sent an email to confirm we have received your claim. Our customer service team will then check your claim within 3 days. If your claim was successful, we will send you confirmation via email.

A. Please make sure that you are completing the claim form corresponding to your country. If you are not sure please clear your browser’s cookies and history. Then reopen your browser, go to and select your country’s flag.

A. Please check your bank statements, the payment reference will include your claim ID and are issued by Opia Ltd. If you still can't locate your payment please contact us

A. Please check the email account you provided during the claim form for emails related to your claim. Ensure you check your junk or spam folder.

A. You will receive payment within 30 days from when we have validated your claim. Payment will be made via direct bank transfer into the bank account you provided on the online claim form.
